Works for me, It's obedient and follows through on its promises...in that gets hot quickly, cooks reasonably evenly and does not require a lot of space.
This is one slick unit. If you are tired of the cheaper B&D models (and their short life span) then try this one. Perfect toast and even heating. Simple operations and easy to clean. I have three Breville appliances including kettle and grill and they are very good quality and value for money.
