Track You Package
Your user account will have all the information you need to view the progress of your item. Its easy, just login and click 'my account'. There you will see your orders, just select 'view' to retrieve tracking and other pertinent information.
Local Pickup Available
Customers in Ontario have the ability to request Free Pickup in Richmond Hill while going through the checkout process on most items. One full business day is required for this service. Please bring identification and the credit card used for the purchase. If using PayPal, a printout of the PayPal confirmation is required.

Don't panic! Actually, feel lucky! This just means that you got the last one on the shelf.
Three territories of Canada or in isolated rural areas.
For some shipping addresses located in the three territories of Canada or in isolated rural areas, the actual shipping charge on larger items such as televisions, stands or large speakers may exceed those that are calculated at the time you place your order. Once we receive your order, we will get an exact quote for shipping and notify you of any extra charges prior to shipping your order. If after this notification you are uncomfortable with the actual shipping charges, your order can simply be cancelled and refunded.
Smaller items (cameras, camcorders, video players, etc.) are not affected by this issue.
Restrictions for Canada Wide Free Shipping items.
- The shipping cost cannot exceed 10% of the price of the product being purchased. If we find out it does, we will contact you.
- Excludes any televisions 46 inches and larger.
- Can only be applied to ground shipments. Express shipping is not eligible for free shipping.
- Please Note: Some sale-priced and clearance items may not be eligible for free shipping. In addition, certain heavy items such as TV stands and mounts may not be eligible for free shipping
We reserve the right to cancel sales of a customer without notification. In this case, electronicsforless.ca will refund the customer's credit card or PayPal transaction in full. If this is the case, we are not obliged to inform the customer as this is only carried out if fraudulent purchases are suspected. Please contact us if you believe your order was canceled accidentally.
USA & International Shipping
electronicsforless.ca ships within USA (lower 48 states). We do not include shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states; more specifically, Hawaii and Alaska when quoting shipping costs to the USA.
electronicsforless.ca does not fulfill international orders outside of continental USA or Canada through our website shopping cart; however, we have shipped items all over the world from our Canadian location. If you are interested in a product but you live outside of North America, please contact us.
Orders placed from computers outside of continental North America (determined by IP address) will not be shipped. If a customer wishes to place an order as such for delivery within our shipping boundaries, please contact us prior to placing the order.
We are obligated by law to include the correct costs on all paperwork traveling over the border and therefore maintain no responsibility for fees, if any, charged by US customs. These fees, if any, are not included in fixed S/H charges, nor quotes provided by us.

Standard Return Policy
Your satisfaction is what counts at electronicsforless.ca. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange on most products within 14 days. Please contact us at 905-944-9339 for further details. Please note that certain items are considered special orders or consumables, and these products may not be returnable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. While we offer free shipping for most of our products, the original shipping charges and handling fees for the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund. In addition there may be a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. If the item is refused and returned to the manufacturer, any return freight costs will also be deducted from the refund.
For products that arrive damaged or out of error or cannot be fixed with replacement parts, electronicsforless.ca will pay for a replacement to be shipped if the damage, shortage or mis-shipment is properly signed for. If damage, shortage or loss is not signed for, the manufacturer may not be able to ship replacements. Please consult our replacements policy for further details. If the customer does not want parts or a replacement unit, the product may be returned for credit as detailed above.
All canceled orders will be confirmed by electronicsforless.ca in writing: if you have not received a confirmation, your order has not been canceled. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled and costs for round-trip shipping will be deducted from refunds if orders are refused. Orders that are refused are still considered returns, and as such, the restocking fee and shipping costs both ways will be incurred as detailed above.
Any order that is refused or returned because the customer does not like the product, no longer wants the product, or believed the order was canceled is considered a 'buyer's remorse return', and credit will be issued as detailed above.
All credits for returned items will be processed once the products are returned to the distribution center. If you have any questions regarding our return policy before or after placing an order, please contact our customer service department at toll-free 905-944-9339.
Limited Return Policy
Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
- Electric shavers, home spa products and dental product cannot be returned if opened.
- AV furniture that has been assembled or removed from its original packaging.
- Consumables in the form of batteries, recordable CDs/DVDs, cassette tapes or lighbulbs cannot be returned.
For health and safety reasons, no returns will be accepted on any opened pairs of headphones or earbuds. Under extreme circumstances, any returns for headphones and earbuds will be charged a mandatory 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Final Sale Items
Some items are sold under the condition of 'Final Sale'. Final-Sale items do not qualify for the Standard Return Policy. A notification will be listed below the add to cart button on the item detail page to show if an item is Final Sale.
Manufacturer warranty applies to items purchased on electronicsforless.ca. Following 14 days of receiving an item, if found to be unsatisfactory for any reason, please contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim. If you have trouble finding the correct manufacturer contact information, we will be happy to assist. Most manufacturers have local service centres in populated areas in Canada and can usually be found on the manufacturer's website.
