Nice sub. I replaced a BIC F12 with this and I think it was a worthwhile upgrade. This sub hits a little lower and has a flatter response and more bass overall. I noticed a difference in the way the Denon Audyssey test tone sounded from the setup routine. It now has a slight sweep sound to it, nit just a thump. The other recommendation is to deleted your old speaker presets on the Denon (sub eq corrections) before trying out the sub. I didn't and the existing eq boosted the lows so much it caused some distortions when first playing with it. Oops... Once Audyssey was rerun things sound great, and better. I bought the iso feet too, but haven't gut the on yet.

What a great product! Loud enough to rattle the walls and move some pictures on your walls a floor above it. I prefer the sub with the ports open, I have tried both. I usually run the sub at about -15db to blend everything better. I’ll run it louder for music and movies. But for everyday listening an television sitcoms/YouTube videos it’s run at -15db. The build quality is top notch I absolutely love the metal cover since it’s on the ground little hands and feet shouldn’t be able to hit the sub itself with this grill. Most of us run it grill off but I think it’s a nice touch. It’s hard to describe how powerful the punch is on a subwoofer over a review. But I can assure you this is impressively loud. I usually only run the sub at 0db for a song or two to help break in the sub. Shipping was extremely fast for me. Packaging was in good condition upon arrival.

We probably all do our research before spending 2K on a sub but the reviews are unanimous, this PB3K is a beast. It is quite big in size but when compared to the PB2K, not so much. I had a 150watt 12 inch sub before this and I found myself rewatching some movies that missed the LFE so much so that they sounded like they came to life. The bass is big but depending on where you are seated, there still can be dead spots so the only thing missing about this pb3K is… another pb3k. Customer service deserves 5 stars as welll, thanks EFLC

This is my second SVS pb3000, had to have matching dual subs, they sound great for music and movies, with the dual subs it now sounds like your in a concert with legitimate chest thumping bass that you can feel. After visiting all the stores in Vancouver and not being impressed with what I heard I phoned SVS, talked to their team and decided that the pb 3000 was the best fit for me, SVS told me about my Canadian affiliate eflc, made the call and got my delivery in about a week.
The SVS PB 3000 takes my home theater system to a whole new level that’s just "Through The Roof!!!" This is my second subwoofer to allow me to have proper duals for sound and balance. The overall quality of the sub is amazing and the sound quality is totally unmatched on any sub I’ve ever heard before. These replaced my Bose Subwoofers even though it is not fair to compare them The power that it has is just ridiculous and more than enough for just about any size room. I’m using it in a pretty large family room which is 20 x 16. and it does not overpower my home theater. They have other models such as the 4000 and 16s but to me they are massive and their weight is heavy like their sound. I have seen reviews of people complaining about the sound and trying to compare it to other brands they have owned. Like most subwoofers it is recommended that you take some time and try to configure and tune them to their working environment. Even Odyssey and YPAO on receivers needs some tweaking now and again. Even if you purchase as a single it surely will not disappoint.
After setting up the amplifier speaker settings and getting this subwoofer situated we've been enjoying to no end. Clear quality bass. Spend the money and get a well made sub like this and enjoy. My wife was surprised at the size of the sub but it has made our music listening and movie listening come alive.
I have installed and setup the subwoofer for a weeks and it's truly awesome. The setup
and configuration is straight forward and use of the app from your phone or table is a bonus.
What people say about the SVS subwoofers is really true. The PB-3000 sounds so good and
brings your home theater to the next level. I ordered the foam plugs for dampening and
SVS had delivered them to me within 3 days. Their customer support is amazing to deal with.
Together with the SVS Isolation System, it sounds powerful without rattling
my windows, at loud volume it can rattle any items in the livingroom that are not secured.
For a single subwoofer it maintains a Powerful and Clean sound when listening to music.

This sub has more than I need output wise and digs deep =) Just takes up a lot of real estate.
The subwoofer is amazing. It really shakes the house. I recommend purchasing the isolation feet as they help quite a bit.
I had never dealt with E4L before and I admit I was a little skeptical and feared that something might go wrong. Well I have to say I could not be more pleased. My experience started with selecting my product of interest and loading it the shopping cart. I didn’t execute. The following day I received an email with a discount incentive -which was unexpected but well received. I placed my order and received the goods in three days. Packaging was excellent and I am super pleased with the performance of my SVS 3000. Definitely recommend you try them as well.

Needless to say the subs have much power in reserve.
I went from 1 SVS PC-12 Plus, to these 2 beasts. The difference is astounding. From now on I will always run 2 subs in my home theatre.

Replaced 2x10 velodyne subs and difference is night and day. First time the sub hit was unreal, almost knocked me over it was so powerful. Love it.
Comical, way more than the average person will ever need. There's other options from both SVS and other brands that will give you more pure output, but its hard to think this thing will ever find your home theatre lacking for the price. Get duals, that's my second step
BUY TWO. EXCELLENT STABLE POWER SUPPLY. NO ISSUES. THEY ARE QUITE LARGE. 90 LBS. LARGER THAN I THOUGHT, BUT I WILL MAKE THEM FIT. THAT IS NOT A COMPLAINT. HAD I READ THE ACTUAL DIMENSIONS.........I'D HAVE KNOWN AND STILL BOUGHT THEM. GOOD SUBS, AND I'VE HAD A FEW. STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
I have owned this sub for over a month now and I'm continually impressed with the depth, precision and overall impact of this fine piece of engineering. I can compare honestly with the HSU VTF 15" behemoth that I had owned for years and have to say that SVS is that much better. I could never achieve the clean, deep bass that I wanted, specifically when listening to music. Whether 2 channel or multi, I could never quite get it right, and I tried. A fine sub in its own right but I have to hand it to the folks at SVS, this is a winner across the board. All said and done, the SVS costs $700 more than the HSU but as you know, this hobby can get expensive and cause marital problems.
