It's been no more than an online scam so far for me! They cancelled my online order only to see they increased the item price, their excuse was that my credit card was blocked (not true). I found out about this only one week after, when I contacted them about not receiving anything yet. I decided to give them another chance and I paid again, now through Paypal. It's been 16 days, no shipping confirmation and now they don't answer my messages asking to cancel the order and refund me...

Worst online purchasing experience ever. Their prices may look good, but they are not worth the frustration if anything goes wrong.

At best they have terrible customer service, at worst I fear they are actively trying to prevent me from returning my order (despite my willingness to pay all associated restocking/shipping fees).

After phoning them every day for a week, I finally got a return authorization and shipping number. I shipped it back, and my returned order was received over two weeks ago (according to Purolator), yet I have not seen a refund or heard a word from them.

This is my first - and last shopping experience with this store. Order # 57871. When I opened the item on December 24th, it was missing two of the four speakers. I have opened a ticket via their Order Dashboard (in their website) and it said I should get e-mail instructions shortly within one business day. It has now been over 5 days (two business days) and I haven't gotten a response. I've been calling customer service for two days and they have been giving me the runaround. E-mailing their mailbox only returns a computer-generated e-mail and nobody has helped me with this purchase. This seller was very quick to take my money but has not provided me with any assistance. I paid 100% of the price agreed upon but only got 50% of the product. This has been a very stressful shopping experience.

I ordered a product and the wrong product was delivered. That was 5 emails 4 calls and 7 weeks ago and nothing has been done. If you order from them you better hope they fill it correctly or you will be SOL. I haven even heard back from them in 5 weeks about it after multiple calls and emails.

Worst company ever. Non existing customer service. They send me the wrong item. Shipped it back to them. They never give me my money. Amazon had to solve the problem and paid me back. Don't order from them on any circumstances.

Great deals and incredible service. Had a slight misunderstanding with a shipping company they helped me out even if they didn't really have too. They actually took the time to personnaly call the shipper and kept informing me with details of what was happening. They really went above the standards I was hoping for. They're really helpful and care a lot about their customers satisfaction. One of the few online stores who understand that loyalty comes from customer satisfaction.

De super bon prix et un service hors-pair. Prices are good as is their price guarantee. Those seem to be the only redeeming qualities.

I ordered a Samsung UHD Bluray player, which turned out to be a brick. It will not turn on properly at all. It took two days for the store to reply to my exchange request. As far as I can understand the response email, the store wants me to pay shipping 2 ways to make the exchange. To justify this they point to a policy that (a) does not state this and (b) is not the same Terms & Conditions that you agree to when you order online.

I have complained about this. Hopefully, the store handles the exchange in a professional manner going forward.

UPDATE: The store has clarified their confusing position and confirmed that I won't be responsible for shipping to exchange the defective unit. However, they still have not provided exchange information. Very SLOW customer service.

UPDATE #2: We're on business day 5 and still no shipping information to exchange a defective unit.

UPDATE #3: After 10 business days and a follow-up call (after several follow-up emails), I have finally received shipping information to exchange the defective unit. Hopefully the exchange works out without further difficulty...

UPDATE #4: The defective unit was received by the store on October 5th. It is October 7th and I have no indication that a replacement has shipped and no response to my inquiry to customer support.

UPDATE #5: A replacement unit was finally shipped, although without any update from customer support. The replacement unit arrived and works well.

Overall, I would only order from this store if the price saving is significant compared to its competitors. It's a good thing they have a great price beat policy.

Here is my experience with order #54677. I did order a subwoofer with a coupon code for father's day (June 10). The order went thru and on June 14, I've received an update on my order saying "processing shipment". I was hoping to see my new toy arrived any day. Nothing happened for many weeks... Then surprised, my order was cancelled on July 21st with no explanation, no email, no phone call, nothing. 37 days after the last update, my order was coldly cancelled. Since, I have sent 3 emails at a 3 weeks interval, asking for some explanation. Every time the system returned me a confirmation saying that I'll received a reply within 24-48 hours. Again, nothing happened. Then I've called a sale's rep... oh boy, that was a climax in how to make sure you'll never buy from us again. The guy was at best distracted, at worst didn't care at all. After explaining my situation, he was not able to find my order in the system (which I could retrieve easily on their website from my side). At first, he didn't believe me and did challenge my coupon code. His big thing was to know where it was coming from. We are talking about a valid coupon code that was active and went thru the order process. He had really weird manner. After that he tried to ignore my request and finally said that he couldn't do anything for me unless I wanted to replace the order at full price !? I've replied that I was not happy about that ending. He told me that if I still want the product, I had to go through him because they were the only distributor in Canada... what a sales pitch. Maybe that guy had a bad day, I cannot judge that, but for sure he totally succeeded in creating the less fun moment of my day. I never got an apologize, no excuse, no nothing. Overall, it was a quite rude and unresponsive experience. I guess they stand behind there 90%+ happy customer if you buy full price and never try to contact sales over the phone. I have over 2000 transactions over the internet within the last 15 years, this one was my worst, and by far...

I was so happy to find exactly what I was looking for. I bought a speaker that was a very latest edition and very hard to find in stores and online.

Everything went super easy and smooth, and the speaker is awesome.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Sent 3 emails to customer service with no reply! called them and still no response to follow up on why my items have not been shipped and its now been 3 weeks. I spent over $800 on this order only to have half the order delivered. I called once again and while they did acknowledge my last 3 emails and phone call their answer again was "I'll leave a note on the service managers desk and he will get back to you when he returns to the office" NOT ACCEPTABLE! (zero stars really should be an option for this review but it would not let me post a zero so i had to give it a 1 star)
