Electronics For Less Canada always uses insured shipping services to protect our customers against shipping damage.

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival for any physical or concealed damage. If damage is discovered, contact us right away.  We can only claim responsibility for shipping damage within the first 48 hours.

We ask that you take photos of damages as soon as you receive your products.  Advise Electronics for Less Canada immediately (48 hours) upon delivery of same; this can be done by telephone at 1-888-248-4969 (press 2 for the order desk), or in your Order Dashboard.  Shipping damage must be claimed immediately, and for this reason, we urge customers to inspect their goods as soon as they receive them. 

Your Order Dashboard provides you with a 48 hour shipping compromise claim form to report sipping damage.  This will be active during the time that your receive your package.  Please log in to your account and use this form to describe the damage and to upload photos; for faster results, use your smartphone or tablet to access your account to send the photos easily and quickly.   If you cannot log into your account, please look for your original order confirmation email where you will find an auto-login link to your Order Dashboard, or contact us immediately for assistance.

IMPORTANT : Failure to report shipping damage right away will result in voided warranty and return policies since 'accidental product damage' is not covered by any of our policies or manufacture warranties.
