Limited Return Policy

Headphones For health and safety reasons, no returns will be accepted on any opened pairs of headphones or earbuds. Under extreme circumstances, any returns for headphones and earbuds will be charged a mandatory 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Special Order Items do not qualify for the Standard Return Policy.  Special orders are purchased from the manufacturer for you. The order is charged and ordered within 24 hours or the order being placed.  We guarantee satisfaction of the product for any defects or shipping damage but the item cannot be returned under the standard return policy.**

Final Sale Items do not qualify for the Standard Return Policy

Items that are considered final sale cannot be returned if opened for health reasons:

  • Small appliances that have been used cannot be returned; however, manufacturer's warranty service still applies.
  • Electric shavers, home spa products and dental product cannot be returned if opened*; however, manufacturer's warranty service still applies.

Warranty assistance is always provided on consumable items that are considered final sale; however, they cannot be returned if opened or assembled:

  • AV furniture , speaker mounts and stands of any kind that has been assembled or removed from original packaging.
  • Consumables in the form of batteries, recordable CDs/DVDs, cassette tapes, cables, TV lamps/light bulbs or projector lamps/light bulbs cannot be returned.
  • Turntable accessories, needles and cartridges are considered to be consumables and cannot be returned.

Software usability and network connectivity

  • Trouble with connecting products to home networks or internet networks, subscription-based networks, WiFi hot-spots, spotify, Netflix, Hulu, and similar types of networks are not covered by the standard return policy. If you are having trouble with connectivity, please consult with the manufacture and/or the network provider to resolve this issue.
