Not really in the habit of leaving commentary and, if so, short and sweet at best.
This sales experience was extraordinary from beginning to end. The web search, website, advertised price, before purchase customer service(prompt email response), telephone sales interaction, online purchase, order confirmation to the eventual in store pick up of the new RP8000's was simply phenomenal. We purchased a 65" Samsung 4K tv, credenza and sound bar for an existing tv. The price for all was amazing. Mason and Lou helped us put this order together and had it shipped the next day. I was trying to buy a sale item, and for some reason was unable to complete the transaction at that time. When I returned the next morning, I saw that the sale had ended and they we're now out of stock. As a shot in the dark, I left a message with customer service asking if they would consider giving me a rain check at the sale price. The next day I received a call from a customer service representative, who explained that although the sale price was only available for their remaining stock (which had been exhausted), he had found one and would let me have it at the price I asked for.
First time shopping here...but certainly not the last.

Best Buy & future Shop were advertising a Breville Food Processor in their flyer but had no stock, they don't do store to store transfers and say they can't order any items from their warehouse. They also do not have any way of contacting their Head Office other than "snail mail". They are a joke! but....
Found this company online, phoned them to confirm stock, and get their price match and the item was immediately shipped and arrived Puralator a couple of days later.
From now on, I will check this company first than trying to deal with Best Buy. I wasted 2 hours trying to deal with them!
Matched sale price, great service (they actually answer their phone) and delivered for free to my door. No reason to shop electronics anywhere else, I'd say.

I purchased a Onkyo TX-NR535 5.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver as a replacement for another Onkyo that needed a new HDMI board. You only notice your receiver when it isn't working. This new one has functioned beautifully doing everything I have asked of it. So far, so good!
