Purchases made using Flexiti payment may be delayed by up to 72 hours beyond the advertised dispatch time shown on the product listing while Flexiti clears payment through their payment gateway.

Based on security data provided by our payment gateway, customers may be notified of a cancellation to encourage a reorder. In some cases, and to discourage fraudulent activity, additional verification or communication may be required.

Orders that do not successfully clear Flexiti payment will be cancelled and reversed within 72 hours.

Delivery

Flexiti orders may only be delivered to the address associated with your Flexiti account. It is not possible to add or change a gift or alternate delivery address during checkout. There are no exceptions.

If delivery to a different address is required, customers must contact Flexiti at 1-877-259-3745 to update their account before placing an order. Orders that cannot comply with this requirement will be cancelled and reversed within 72 hours.

Products

The advertised dispatch time shown on the product listing may be delayed by up to 72 hours to allow Flexiti payment clearance. EFLC.ca cannot guarantee inventory availability if payment has not successfully cleared at the time of purchase.

Inventory is only reserved on successful transactions. If a product sells out, is delayed, or is discontinued following an unsuccessful purchase attempt, we will assist in securing the item on a new order; however, inventory availability cannot be guaranteed.

Flexiti Financial Terms

O.A.C. Subject to the terms of your Flexiti cardholder agreement. An administration fee applies (excluding Quebec residents) and will be financed with the purchase.

Administration fees for purchases up to $5,000 are:

• $49.99 for 6 months
• $59.88 for 12 months
• $95.76 for 24 months

For purchases over $5,000, the administration fee ranges from $119.99 to $239.76, depending on the purchase amount and promotional period length.

For Quebec residents, an annual fee of $39.99 applies.

No interest will accrue during the promotional period. Monthly payments may include premiums for balance protection insurance, if applicable. If any payment is missed, the promotional offer may be cancelled.

Upon cancellation of the promotional offer, interest will be calculated at the cardholder agreement annual interest rate (AIR). The initial AIR is disclosed upon approval and varies based on the cardholder’s creditworthiness at the time of application, ranging from 30.49% to 35.90%. Any remaining balance at the end of the promotional term will accrue interest at the AIR.
