To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized use of stolen payment information, electronicsforless.ca uses enhanced address verification and fraud screening procedures. While this process may occasionally add time to order processing, it is one of the most effective ways to reduce fraud and protect legitimate customers.
Please read carefully before placing your order.
Orders may require additional verification and processing time (typically 5–7 business days) if:
- The shipping address differs from the billing address
- The billing address verification response from your card issuer returns a “No Match”
- The transaction is flagged by our fraud prevention systems for review
Verify Your Billing Address
Please ensure that your billing address is entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Even minor differences (unit numbers, abbreviations, postal codes) may cause verification failures.
If you are unsure of your correct billing address, contact your credit card issuing bank using the phone number on the back of your card before placing your order.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, additional verification may be required.
- Contact your credit card issuer to confirm that the alternate “Ship To” address is on file
- Request that your bank add or approve a secondary shipping address on your account
Completing these steps in advance helps prevent processing delays, verification requests, or order cancellations.
Orders will not be shipped until address verification is successfully completed. If verification cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
