Please Inspect Your Delivery Upon Arrival

Electronics For Less Canada uses insured shipping services to help protect customers against shipping-related damage.

We ask that you inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives for any visible or concealed damage. If damage is discovered, please notify us as quickly as possible so we can assist you. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging as soon as the delivery is received. You can report shipping damage by calling 1-888-248-4969 (press 2 for the Order Desk) or by submitting a claim through your Order Dashboard.

Your Order Dashboard includes a dedicated shipping damage claim form that is available during the first 48 hours following delivery. The form allows you to describe the issue and upload photos. Using a smartphone or tablet may make photo uploads faster and easier.

If you are unable to access your Order Dashboard, please refer to your original order confirmation email, which contains a secure auto-login link, or contact us directly for assistance.

Please note: Shipping damage must be reported within the required time frame in order to be eligible for a shipping claim. Damage reported after this period may be considered accidental damage, which is not covered under manufacturer warranties or return policies.
