Shipping & Order Delivery : Standard Shipping Delays
Many items ship within just a few hours of order placement, and the majority of products ship within 24 hours. Please allow up to two business days (48 hours) for order processing prior to shipment.
Shipping Department Hours
Orders are processed during regular business hours, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Causes of Shipping Delays
In some cases, order processing or delivery may be delayed due to one or more of the following:
- Pending credit card authorization
- Pending PayPal authorization
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable order or payment information
- Products that are temporarily out of stock or back-ordered
If any of the above situations occur, you will be contacted by phone or email during the order processing stage.
Back-Ordered Products
If an item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you by phone and/or email with an estimated availability date and available options. You may choose to wait for the item, select an alternative product, or cancel the affected item or order.
Orders for products that are not available within 30 days may be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and any payments will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Order Tracking
Tracking information becomes available once products have been released from our inventory and shipped. You may track your order through your customer account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that it may take up to six hours after the shipping confirmation email for a tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
