Everything is great as far as pricing. Very good. Once you have ordered and Mason has your money communication becomes very slow. I have tried calling him countless times over the last three to four weeks and never had anyone live. Only leave a message.
Waiting for replacement on something and although he said it will be replaced, after that email nothing. Trying to get update and nothing.
Communication is VERY VERY poor. Horrible.
I am actually going to drive to his location tomorrow to see him face to face if he is there. Should not have to do that to get a response. Luckily I live in the area and can do that.

I experienced an issue with an employee that I was told no longer works there. When I complained the manager gave me a slight discount on accessories. I would purchase from them again. They know electronics well!

Four stars because of an issue I experienced with an employee that I was told no longer works there. When I complained the manager gave me a slight discount on accessories.
I wish they allowed drop offs for some returns instead of requiring the customer to pay shipping with insurance back. That being said, I would purchase from them again. They know electronics well!

This has to be one of the most frustrating online buying experiences I have ever had. Electronicsforless sent the wrong products, ignored my attempts to contact them and left me hanging out to dry. After 4 email attempts and numerous phone calls (all of which went unanswered) I was forced to log a dispute with PayPal to start a refund process going.
On top of waiting almost two months for a refund, I was dumbfounded to find I was forced to pay $25 for return shipping, despite the fact it was totally their mistake. They messed up both parts of my order by sending the wrong items (one wrong model number plus one open boxed used and suspected faulty item of the wrong colour). To date I have not received a single reply, acknowledgement or an apology. The thing that made this fiasco worse was these items were gifts for my wife and I had to scramble around trying to obtain replacements for them locally.
To rub salt into the wound, I was sent an automated email from them asking me to go on line (link provided) and give my feedback about my â??GREAT experience with electronicsforless.caâ? â??and that everything was exactly as you expected... or even better!â?. That is how I ended up here giving my truthful feedback. If I could give half a star I would.
I feel all the one star negative reviews youâ??ll find on here slamming Electronicforless for their bad non-existent customer service, sending out wrong products, passing used returned items off as new, and not answering emails or phone calls to be just the way these guys do business.
Unless you have masochistic tendencies I would avoid these people like the plague.
