Not good. Over a week ago I received my thousand dollar Samsung smart tv that was advertised with the Samsung "Smart Remote". What I got was the non smart remote that comes with the less expensive tv's. Have tried to contact them via there phone number and the guy told me I could only be helped if I emailed customer service. I did and even tried to get a return authorisation and have heard nothing back from them in over a week. They have since changed the add to show the lower cost remote so obviously they received my complaint. Everywhere you look including Samsung's website it shows the smart remote with that model.

Sold me a phone that does not work. No one answers the phone or emails you back. Worst purchase experience of my life. Its been about two weeks and i still have the phone and im out $120. Rediculous !

This unit got some good reviews on the Net so I went for it. My main use is for grinding nut butters and this unit just barely manages to meet the load, but you have to take your time. Fortunately it will turn itself off to prevent damage from overheating. It seems you have to spend about five times as much money on a blender that can handle nut butters with ease, so for the price I guess this unit is okay.

I found this company while searching for a new lamp for my Television and so glad that I found them. In less than 24 hours my new lamp was ordered, shipped and arrived at my door. The price of the lamp was a lot cheaper than what I was quoted by my local television repair company as well. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for electronic parts. Totally 110% satisfied with their service and prices.

I bought a new Harmon kardon receiver from electronics for less. It wasn't loud enough (my fault) so I returned it within a week. That was 2 months ago and still no credit. This company does not allow you to call on the phone except to order stuff all other inquiries complaints etc must be done via internet. I have sent them numerous emails, opened up a case in my order dashboard etc, and they just completely ignore me and refuse to refund my 500 bucks. I don't know what to do and guess I'll have to pursue legal action this company appears very sketchy and be warned if anything goes wrong with your order they will just ignore you I feel like such a sucker don't make the same mistake I did.
After I wrote the above review I copied it and sent it to the customer service department at electronics for less. Within 24 hours they contacted me to resolve the problem. Not only did they give me back my missing credit they also gave me a great deal on some other stuff to make up for the inconvenience. I willingly continued to do business with them after all!!
The company is not sketchy at all they are just very web orientated. I'm sure that helps to keep their prices low but if for some reason there is a problem with the order sometimes communication can be difficult. But once activated they are very helpful indeed. Very helpful and very nice.
Im going to keep doing business with this company and I think they are going to keep getting better and better at all aspects of being a web based retailer! I now give my experience with them 4 stars...!

No issues at all. When i spoke with customer service about shipping delays i found pout that they had not received their order of Silver/black BRV Pro blue tooth speakers on time. After chatting with customer service over email i discovered that they did have a few black ones in stock and since i did not care about the color they had a black one shipped to me immediately..... like literally 30 mins after speaking with customer service i received an email from purolater stating my package was picked up and sent to the sorting warehouse.
Dealing with the customer service was truly a pleasure which is a nice change nowadays. I only wish i would have kept the reps names so i could mention him here.
I defiantly will use electronics for less in the future

Easy to research and purchase the Breville BTA820XL Die-Cast 2 Slice Smart Toaster on your site. Best price it could find. Received within a week. I looked like it was repackaged but it looked factory packed inside. It was in pristine condition and looked fantastic. Online pic was very accurate. I has worked better than any toaster I have ever used. Many thanks.

I was in the market for a subwoofer, I cant say that you guys have the best price in canada but I can say a few things. Every single e-mail I sent, every question I asked was answered very fast. Even had replies when I was not expecting one. I ended up getting a great deal on the 2 items I was shopping for. Price match was great. I want to make something clear for readers, I actually paid a bit more than the best price I was offered from another retailer, but the experience and exeptional customer service I received from Mason S. left me no choice but to buy threw electronicsforless.So my item was sent out today, so I cannot comment any further than this. Ordered a pair of Klipsch speakers over the phone all went well received my speakers 1 day later by Purolator, I open the box to find the speakers grills dusty like there were used, upon further inspection the speakers were damaged the corner was cracked. so I phoned them the next day and talked to someone who told me to send a email to customer service outlining the problem and then hung up on me. So I Emailed customer service told them about the problem. I received a email back from Mason S.
from Customer Service who told me he was sorry to hear about the damage that occurred to my speaker he told me We can certainly get that replaced for you. Would you be able to send us a couple of pictures of the damaged speakers. So I did what they requested sent off a email with pics and haven't herd back from them. so I sent a repeat email and still no response. I guess I'm stuck with damaged speakers.

Superior service. Purchased TV at 11pm, 22nd of Dec and the order arrived the very next afternoon.
They called and e-mailed to make sure someone was home before bringing it as well.
Will definitely be returning for other purchases in the future.

Made an order online on November 28th, had to make some changes and the staff was helpful in doing that, but after that they are impossible to get ahold of. Zero customer service, my order has still not shipped and no one from their store will return an email or phone call. Turning into a very bad experience. I do not recommend using electronicsforless.
