Love the sub. Exactly what I expected. Great base, lots of adjustments, tight for music and adds what I want to movies. Also, the size is just perfect for my medium-sized room. Great fast service too!
Bought the SB1000 to replace my entry level Polk PSW10 subwoofer and can't believe the difference in sound. Setup is simple with the phone app and the settings recommended for matching my KEF Q750s on the SVS website were spot on. I had a quick question that I sent to the SVS customer service team and the response was very quick and satisfactory. The capability of his sub really became apparent when I played Bring Me To Life by Evanescence. The old Polk would not handle the bass at the beginning of the song and would sound flubby with no control. The SB1000 is very tight and controlled and totally transforms my 2 channel listening experience. I haven't used this for HT, but I am sure it would shine there as well. Eflc shipping was quick and I am extremely happy with the entire experience. Thanks!

Was thinking about adding a new subwoofer to my 2 channel set-up last December and the SB-1000 Pro checked all the boxes: small footprint, sealed, dsp controlled using your phone and of course SVS quality which I already know is top shelf having bought one of their subs 10 years ago. Competition was stiff for this price point/quality but in the end after thinking about all the other's to choose from I stuck with SVS.
Haven't even finished setting it up but just breaking it in for the last 2 weeks has been amazing it fits seamlessly with my standmount speakers with almost no tweaking at all, 60Hz, 50% volume and moving it around to find the sweet spot, I have actually walked up and touched it when I'm playing something to make sure it's on...just like a REL I used to own but turn it off and you miss it right away. Loving it.:D

This is a fantastic sub. It's surprisingly compact, but pumps out clean, powerful, effortless bass. It's small enough that you could easily run a pair of them if you wanted to. The app is handy - for me it was a "set and forget" item but certainly much easier to dial in the sub while sitting in the main listening position rather than running back and forth. Highly recommended.
The SVS SB1000 Pro makes my old subwoofer sound anemic by comparison. I'm very pleased with it.
When I unboxed this sub, I was surprised at how small it is. It's heavy and well built, and I was eager to see how it would perform. In our current theatre room (approx 20'x13' with 8' ceilings) it has performed spectacularly. It is not excessively boomy and doesn't really call attention to itself unless needed. The bass is tight, smooth, and punchy. The companion app is a great way to adjust the sub without leaving the main listening position - it's so easy to adjust things and immediately hear the change. It sounded great out of the box and only needed minor tweaks to get the sound where I like it. Highly recommended.
The SVS SB-1000 PRO has just the right power and punch for my 11ft x 18ft living room. We live in a condo building. This single SB1000 Pro replaced my two (earthshaker brutes) Paradigm UltraCube 12's. I wanted a sub with a small physical profile, a sealed enclosure design (for less earth-shaking punch but maintain that low frequency capability - I call it nicely rounded bottom end), and high quality product from a reputable manufacturer. This product fits the bill nicely. Plus, it offers a bit more control features that my older Paradigm subs did not provide. Hook-up and Set-up of the SB1000 Pro was easy. I went through my AV Receiver's room calibration process. And, got the sub bass performance I wanted with lots of headroom to spare. I did purchase a set of isolation feet along with this sub so I can reduce the transmission of deep bass on the walls, ceiling, and floor. Now, I get deep controlled bass but I can still make things shake if I wanted to..
Less than 48hrs after was ordered it was in my home in London On . Not even one dent or scratch on the box . Excellent sounding svs sb pro 1000 . If it does not produce deafening tight bass it is set up wrong . Will use eflc again in the future .

Wow, the sound that comes out of this subwoofer is unreal. The smartphone app is a nice addition, and lets me control all the features without moving the sub to get access to its back where the physical buttons are located.
Works like a damn! This sub (matched with vintage Yamaha NS10m studio and a wireless amp with a sub-out in a small-ish room) makes clear, full-range music whether quiet or loud. The SVS app pairs well with the amp's app to give me more control over the mix than I deserve!
There is a lot of clean low end from this sub. Does it dig as deep as a 15" ported sub? No. However, the footprint is very small and quality is excellent. The pro model gives you access to the app and being able to control the finer points of the bass management is pretty great. I am in an apartment and this gives enough low end to be fun but not so much that my neighbors are banging on the door.
