NAD CI 8-150 DSP v2 8-Channel Network-Controlled Distribution Amplifier

The NAD CI 8-150 DSP v2 is a high-performance network-controlled distribution amplifier designed for custom installation and rack-mounted audio systems. NAD's HybridDigital nCore amplification delivers eight channels of powerful, refined amplification while maintaining the stability and durability required for demanding multi-zone installations.

The CI 8-150 DSP v2 delivers more than 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms with all channels driven and can be bridged to create four high-power amplifier channels delivering more than 280 watts each into 8 ohms. Its high-current design is engineered to handle difficult speaker loads and long speaker cable runs while maintaining detailed, low-distortion reproduction.

Network connectivity allows installers to configure and monitor the amplifier through NAD's custom web interface. The updated v2 platform introduces an improved dashboard with channel-level input, temperature and operational status monitoring, along with zone grouping and more flexible Global Input assignment.

Integrated DSP provides extensive system tuning capabilities including parametric EQ, high-pass and low-pass filters, limiters, delay, tilt and phase control. The v2 platform also supports DSP speaker profiles for optimizing compatible architectural speakers and provides the flexibility required for applications including passive subwoofer amplification.
