The AT-LPA2 is the finest turntable Audio-Technica has ever developed, designed to reveal the purity of analog audio. Built from transparent acrylic, this fully manual belt-drive turntable combines contemporary aesthetics with serious analog engineering while remaining easy to set up and use.

The high-density acrylic chassis and platter are engineered to minimize resonance that can introduce noise and distortion, helping preserve crystal-clear detail and accuracy from your vinyl records. For further purity, the AT-LPA2 uses a separate external power supply and control unit to isolate sensitive audio components from electrical noise, improving low-level clarity and overall stability.

Included is the AT-OC9XEN dual moving coil cartridge featuring high-purity PCOCC coils and a nude elliptical stylus (0.3 x 0.7 mil) for detailed sound reproduction, excellent channel separation, and low distortion. Because the cartridge output is low (0.35 mV), it requires a step-up transformer or a moving coil phono preamp.
