The Audio-Technica AT-VM520xEB Dual Moving Magnet phono cartridge delivers warm, detailed, and highly accurate vinyl playback. Part of the AT-VMx series, it features a bonded 0.3 × 0.7 mil elliptical stylus that improves groove tracking precision and reduces distortion, resulting in cleaner highs and improved overall resolution compared to conical designs.

Like all AT-VMx cartridges, the AT-VM520xEB mirrors the geometry of professional cutting heads using a 90° V-shaped generator layout. This design maximizes tracking accuracy, channel separation, and stereo imaging. Optimized PCUHD copper coils improve transient response and tonal nuance, while the low-resonance polymer housing and aluminum cantilever ensure stable, consistent playback.
