Ordering & Account : Order Placed but No Confirmation

Order Placed but No Confirmation?
In rare cases, an order may not immediately display a confirmation screen or confirmation email, even though you successfully completed checkout.

This usually occurs when a secure payment service (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Flexiti, or your credit card provider) experiences a brief timeout while communicating with our order system.

While uncommon, this can happen especially during periods of high traffic or when switching between secure payment windows. In some cases, the order processing page may still be completing its final steps in the background, even though the browser appears to stop or refresh.

What This Means

A timeout does not necessarily mean your order failed — and it does not mean you were charged incorrectly. In many cases, the payment provider completes its process, but the final confirmation message does not return to the browser.

For security reasons, your browser may close, refresh, or stop responding before displaying the final confirmation page.

Before Placing a Second Order

If you believe your checkout may have timed out, please take a moment to check the following before placing another order:

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an order confirmation email
  • Log into your Order Dashboard to see if the order appears
  • Check your payment method to see if a payment or authorization was made

Please do not place a second order right away. Placing another order too quickly can result in duplicate authorizations while the original transaction is still processing.

What To Do Next

If you do not see an order confirmation after allowing a short amount of time for processing to complete, please contact us and we will be happy to verify your order status for you.

When contacting us, please include:

  • The product(s) you attempted to order
  • They payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Flexiti)
  • Your full shipping address
  • Your phone number

Our team can quickly confirm whether your order was successfully received, whether payment was authorized or voided, and resend a confirmation email if needed.

If an order was not completed, we will safely guide you through placing it again. If an order was completed, we will ensure everything proceeds normally without duplication.

Modern checkout systems rely on multiple secure services communicating in real time. On rare occasions, delays or interruptions can occur outside of our direct control — particularly with third-party payment providers.
