How do discounts, checkout codes, and promotions work?
Electronics For Less Canada offers several ways to save, including checkout codes, coupons, member pricing, price-match adjustments, and promotional financing offers. Because these savings are applied differently, some discounts cannot be combined on the same order.
In general:
- Only one checkout code or coupon may be used per order.
- Checkout codes cannot be combined with member pricing or account-based discounts.
- Checkout codes are not available on Flexiti financing orders.
- Price-matched or special quotation carts may already reflect discounted pricing and may not accept additional promotions.
The checkout automatically applies the best eligible pricing based on your order type and payment method.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship after payment is confirmed and the order is processed. Timing can vary by product type, warehouse handling, and the shipping method selected.
If you need an exact ship estimate for your order, the best way to reach us is to reply to your order confirmation email.

Has my order shipped?
If your order has shipped, you’ll typically see shipping details in your account order history and/or receive a shipping update email.
If you’re unsure, reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll confirm the status.

Do you send tracking?
Tracking is provided when it is available from the carrier or service level used. Some deliveries may include updates through carrier tracking scans, while others may provide fewer updates depending on the shipment type.
If you can’t find your tracking or need help interpreting it, reply to your order confirmation email.

When will it arrive?
Delivery timing depends on your location, the carrier, product type (small parcel vs oversized freight), and whether a signature is required.
If you share your order number by replying to your order confirmation email, we can give the most accurate estimate.

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email — what now?
First, check your junk/spam folder. If you used an Apple/PayPal login option, ensure you didn’t select “Hide My Email,” as private relay addresses can prevent us from reaching you reliably.
Next, log into your account and check whether the order appears in your order history.

If you still don’t see it, contact us — the best method is replying to your order confirmation email (if you have it), or sending us the email address used at checkout and your name so we can locate the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If an order hasn’t shipped yet, changes may be possible (such as correcting details or adjusting an item). Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may be limited.
Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the requested change.

Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are time-sensitive. If the shipment hasn’t been processed, we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped, changes may not be possible or may require carrier re-routing rules.

What payment methods do you accept?
