I reviewed this machine thoroughly prior to purchasing it. It is absolutely everything that been promised and more. Makes fantastic coffee, good frother, small footprint, sleek contemporary look. Great price from ElectronicsForLess.

So far so good! This is my first machine so I have nothing to compare it to but it works great. Lots of crema and the milk frother is pretty good. You need to work fast otherwise the coffee can start to cool down. The only negative I have on this machine is that to adjust the temperature of the water, you have to type in special codes like you would a cheat code on a PS4... Press the 1 cup button twice, tap the frother 3.5 times and then empty the water reservoir and then bingo.. you get +4 degrees. Not the actual combinations but you get the picture. I don't know why there is no simple temp. dial... I don't like the combinations.

Impressive. Still tinkering with grinds for best results, but as the reviews have stated previously, hints from customer service have been very helpful. Does what it says it will do.
