Very pleased with the steamer. Quality seems very good. Fairly simple to operate (a little frustrating that the timer starts at 20 min and, if you want less time, you have to increase the time up past 60 and back to whatever time you want. Would be easier to have up and down buttons) Also, it doesn't store very well since the bowls don't fit on the base when they are nested together (only the smallest bowl fits)
