I’ve had my Breville Smart Grill for two weeks. I have grilled sirloin steaks, twice. They were better than any steak I have had even in a steakhouse. Moist, juicy and medium rare, just like I love. Just delicious. I don’t use oil or anything. I’ve also grilled pork chops with the same result. With both, I grilled up zucchini and broccoli. Again, no oil or salt or pepper. Delicious! Add to that pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, toast and eggs. Even sausage and bacon. When I’m finished I wipe down with a damp cloth while still hot (watch your fingers). When cooled I put soap on a wet cloth and wash everything down. Rinse well with hot water and dry.
I use this grill every day, at least once. This grill is my right hand and the best money I’ve ever spent. I have little counter room, as my kitchen is small. My Breville Smart Grill sits proudly on my counter and gets a loving stroke every time I walk into my kitchen.
