I just want to thank you for the excellent service we have received. We received the LG multi region portable DVD player last Thursday (3 days after you shipped this). Initially we were very disappointed as the AV adaptor did not work and there was no remote control in the box. We were able to use the car adaptor to check out that the DVD player actually played our UK DVDs, and were very happy to find out that it did. We sent an e-mail about the AV adaptor and remote and got a very nice call back from your organization apologizing and confirming a replacement adaptor and a remote control were being shipped out by UPS. This arrived today, along with a return UPS label to send you back the faulty AV adaptor (which we will do tomorrow).
Overall we have been very pleased with the way you handled this situation. Not only did you react extremely well to our initial disappointment, your product lived up to all our hopes and we are playing DVDs on our big screen TV - the player works superbly. I have told some of my friends who have moved to Canada from other parts of the world, and I know at least one person who is going to order a similar DVD player from your firm. They live in Toronto and they have been trying to find this type of device for over 2 years.
