We're surprised by this testimonial since our last correspondence reported that there was an electrical issue in your house causing problems with the electronics. We closed the ticket based on your resolution. We also did not receive an RA request from your order dashboard. So despite this review, we follow our policy exactly and provide free returns on defective merchandise.

Sorry. I did not go to the dashboard. I had emailed support and was told to ship it back. I had asked if I was to pay or it would be covered and did not get a reply. It did turn out that the unit was not faulty so I did not need to return it after all. I believe the return confusion was just poor communication with support. Regardless, my ranking had more to do with the bluetooth, volume/bass and battery issue. Very sorry for the confusion.
The speaker is beautiful and well made. You should no that it sometimes drops it bluetooth connection. You need to erase the speaker from your devices bluetooth setting, reboot both and reconnect. Also at hi volume it has a bass cut off that makes the volume go up and down to protect the speaker. The only fix is to either turn down the bass or turn down the volume. Next I've been hearing the battery may prematurely not hold a charge. If this does happen, Marshall will not send you a new battery under warranty but you will have to ship the whole speaker back to them for a replacement. Even more stupid is that unlike best buy or amazon, electronics for less will not provide you with free returns so your warranty is nullified in shipping costs.

this is all that I expected. A cool looking bluetooth speaker that sound great and loud for it's size with real full solid bass. Another big plus for me is volume,treble and bass...with real knobs!. super super super
