My first set of Klipsch speakers. What a ride! The Heresy IV's are very cool with a vintage vibe that I happen to enjoy. Mine are the black ash finish and they look fantastic. Love the new grill design also. As for the sound... I was really blown away with how these speakers put the players right in the room with you. The way they reproduce vocals and instruments is awesome. The lows are tight and fast as well. No need for a sub. They do show up bad productions so this is something to keep in mind. With a good amp and source material however the Heresy IV's will take you on a fantastic listening experience. They make the music come to life. I am still breaking them in but they sounded great right out of the box. The Heresy IV's are the last set of speakers I will ever buy.
