NAD VISO HP30 On-Ear Headphones WHITE

I was so happy with my HP30's and the price I paid I bought a second pair. The product description was wrong saying earpads were cloth but were actually leather which was a good thing. The sound quality is top notch and I prefer them to my HP50's having a livelier sound and deeper bass. The reason I only give 3 stars is the headphone cables are terrible. Three of the four cables short out if you touch the cable connected to my DAP. I bought and after market high grade cable but it won't lock into the earphone jacks and pops out. I finally had to buy a 3.5mm female to female coupler so I could plug extension cable into the DAP and the headphone cable into the coupler to prevent the sound from shorting out. If I hadn't gotten $200.00 off the regular price I would have returned both pairs. Apparently the dealer contacted NAD to request a replacement cable but none has shown up.

So great sounding headphones with one major design flaw, namely the terrible cables.
