Excellent system at an excellent price. The shipping was fast, and their employees are a treat to work with during the limited interactions we had.
Originally the speaker wire was not included, but a quick email and they sent it out the same day and I had it on hamd 2 days later. No hassle and no questions. Occasional errors are inevitable, but the manner it was handled speaks volumes about the culture and quality here.
