Samsung UN65JS9500 65-Inch Curved 4K Ultra HD 3D Smart LED TV

Absolutely incredible picture, the settings are a bit overwhelming and the picture settings are a bit difficult to access for quick changes, but still manageable enough. The 3D on this thing is out of this world! Good sound, but I still run it thru my AVR. Having issues getting the ARC to work right...Not sure about the smart features, as my internet is absolute crap.... So far a great TV. Panel had no issues with clouding or dead pixels or anything at all. I like the curve.

The TV is great, ordering the TV was great, setting up delivery was great HOWEVER when I called for information on my order as they were having trouble billing it, the guy who answered said this was just the sales desk and there was no customer service help. I went on to let him know it's the number I received in the email to call if I have any issues, before I could get all of that out he hung up on me! I could not believe it. If I was angry or rude I could understand it but I was polite and was just inquiring to make sure the payment went through with no problems as they made a mistake when billing it. Having a customer spend $5000 on a TV you'd think there would be some sort of customer service especially since it wasn't my fault they were having trouble billing it. I purchase many TVs and I'm not sure if I would buy from here again. 5 Star on the TV itself. 1 star for the service over the phone or lack thereof.
