Good unit BUT the first one I got was dead out of the box . After sending photos and I contacted Panamax they understood and their customer support was awesome . I flipped the case # back to ELFC and a return label was sent with a new unit 2 days later Good customer service all around .

Easy to use. Plug in and use. Ability to turn down or off the display illuminaiton is appreciated. Handles all of my A/V components brilliantly. Very pleased.
