I wish stores like EFLC were more affluent. I am still surprised that good customer still exists in this country of ours. I had a problem where I was unable to pay online because the payment was not working together with EFLC's website. I decided to call after struggling for half an hour. The representative was very kind and offered me all sorts of assistance and even emailed me the links, confirmation and another reassurance email. I felt almost as if I was their first customer and thats just the service aspect. Upon receiving the product NEXT DAY I was again stunned to see such swift movement by a company. Anyway this tv is nothing short of spectacular. It is a wonderful gift for my kids and a bonus with all the wonderful features my old samsung lacks. Anyway, will I do business with EFLC? ABSOLUTELY!!! I cannot see myself going elsewhere for the quality of product or service. Thank you so much for everything.
