No problems ordering on-line and shipped quickly. TV arrived without any issues in a sealed, heavy duty box. Easy enough to put together with the instructions. Very limited instructions on TV set up. Best to check on line for additional suggestions. The "smart" part of this model is a little lazy at times and likes to stall and wait for uploads. My other 2 Samsung models have never done this, so I believe it is the processor. Supposed to be fast, but I'll be putting the Rocu on it to see for sure. Picture is amazing. Way better than the 1080P HD TV it replaces. And it fits in a 36" wide entertainment unit.
