My first SVS product. Excellent quality build from what I can see on the outside, and the sound is warm and very well contained (not muddy) for a ported subwoofer. This sub does go low despite the 10" cone. The box is part of a 7.1 setup with Energy e:XL line of speakers. Sounds great.

Gives a nice, deep rumble that gives movies the extra edge. The detail on the low end is excellent in movies and shows, however lacks on the side of clarity for music, but that's just what you get with a ported box.

I received my on 1000 around 3 weeks ago.shipping was fast and easy, delivered to my front door in perfect condition. Performance: The specs seem pretty good on paper but I wasn't expecting anything out of this world. That was a mistake on my part. Once I got it set up and dialed in I was and still am completely blown away with this thing. Put on some trap "music" and this thing will rattle your house and eyeballs! With movies it is completely silent until a big bang and you will know it's power. Anyways if you're on the fence just buy it. I don't think any other sub in its price range can touch the pb 1000. That being said I will be ordering another one in a few months to get to the next level. Enjoy!

I honestly didn't want to spend the money on this, but boy am I glad I did. I've been rewatching all my Blu-ray movies. I live in a condo and space it's in is 10x10ft. This is way more than needed but worth it. If you get this you need to invest in a Blu-ray collection or you won't get its full potential.

Delivery was on time. Product is awesome! This sub has plenty of base, but it is so well-blended into your music and movies. It honestly feels like the base is everywhere and not coming from one spot. No thumping, just smooth, deep and heavy base when you need it. I have a fairly large room in my basement with laminate flooring. Listening area is 15 x 13 but it is open to another 15 x 11.5 foot section, with a little extra space around the corner from that. So this sub is servicing about 400 square feet on about 40 percent volume.

Bang for the buck, and for the amount of space this takes up ... this is an amazing speaker. I had been used to either subs that came with sound bars, and then big box subs _ $500. I was concerned about paying this much for a sub that didn't have a 12' driver, but after 5 mins that was gone. If anything, it makes you wonder "if I spend a bit more money and get the PB-2000 ...", LOL. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is based on my room size (16 x 12 x 7.5 h). Ultimately I did end up trading this in for a PC-2000, but that is only because after hearing what SVS could do with this I became "bit by the bug" and wanted more. I should note, having a pair of these probably could've quenched my thirst for louder, but now I wanted lower Hz. Enough about the sound ... the build quality is excellent, truly. The packaging is excellent. I also have to add, dealing with EFLC is a pleasure.

It’s as good as the reviews I read before buying said! If it wasn’t for budget reasons I would have went for the Pb-2000 but since my plan is to go dual I decided on the Pb-1000. Can’t wait to add the second soon! Great customer service; arrived the morning after ordering!

All I can say is WOW. This thing pumps out the low end bass. At half the volume it’s awesome. I’ve watched movies over with this beast and it’s pretty awesome. You just get that low end thump. Makes me smile when I watch a movie. I would recommend.

Used to have a Polk PSW505 and thought the bass was pretty good. However, the PB-1000 blows it out of the water. Never felt deep bass like this. It’s needs to be heard .... and felt!

Incredible sub. PB1000 goes really low with bass you can feel in your chest. Bass was tight and clean with no distortion when I cranked the volume up. SVS subs definitely live up to their reputation.

I did a lot of searching online and this speaker seemed to fit my room and sound requirements. It can really shake my condo walls and living room floor if you turn up the volume. Furthermore the communication and customer service is excellent.

I researched the subwoofers a lot and found out about SVS and the many great reviews from SVS converts. So, it was a no brainer to go with SVS for a subwoofer. And all I can say is WoW! Awesome bass and thump. Surprised by the size but it fits my basement area very well. Movies are all being played again to experience this new subwoofer. Box came in great packaging and no issues whatsoever with packaging, delivery and tracking. Would recommend reseller to anyone. Would buy again from reseller. Thanks guys!

Just bought my 2nd PB-1000 for my 600 sqft theater and it really smooths out the bass from front to back of the room. For the money this sub can't be beat.. especially by anything from Bestbuy
