Other than a 10 day shipping delay, the tape deck arrived in good order, all the parts and installation instructions were intact. Plugged it all together, gave the heads and capstan a quick clean and started playing music I haven't heard in 25 years! The sound output is terrific. TEAC was one of the big brand names when I was a kid and I see they still maintain a great quality standard. I would recommend this unit for quality analog play.
