The Pro-Ject E1.2 turntable is handmade in Europe and features factory-adjusted tracking force and anti-skating for convenient Plug & Play operation. Its 730g die-cast aluminum platter, precision belt-drive system, 8.6-inch aluminum tonearm, and factory-installed Pick it MM E cartridge provide a foundation for detailed and stable vinyl playback. Electronic speed selection allows convenient switching between 33 and 45 RPM records.

The Pro-Ject Tube Box S2 adds a dedicated tube-based phono stage featuring two replaceable ECC83 tubes, discrete circuitry, adjustable gain, and support for moving-magnet and moving-coil cartridges. The E1.2's factory-installed moving-magnet cartridge can be connected to the Tube Box S2, which then provides a line-level signal to the Kanto YU4 powered speakers. When using the external Tube Box S2, select the YU4's line-level RCA input setting rather than its built-in phono preamplifier.

The Kanto YU4 powered bookshelf speakers complete the stereo system with 70W total RMS Class-D amplification, 4-inch Kevlar drivers, 1-inch silk dome tweeters, and a convenient remote control. Bluetooth with Qualcomm aptX also allows wireless music streaming from compatible devices. System Connection and Setup

For vinyl playback, connect the Pro-Ject E1.2 turntable's phono output to the Pro-Ject Tube Box S2 RCA input using the supplied turntable phono cable. Connect the Tube Box S2 line-level RCA output to the Kanto YU4 RCA input using a suitable stereo RCA cable, then select the YU4's line-level input setting. A separate stereo RCA cable for the Tube Box S2-to-YU4 connection is not identified in the supplied component contents and may be required.
