Canadian Anti Spam Law

If you wish to subscribe to the e-mail newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be used to send the newsletter to you. In compliance with the Canadian Anti Spam Law (CASL 2014), subscribers must complete a double opt-in in order to be added to our list. Subscribers will always be provided with a means to unsubscribe.


In order to receive NEWSLETTER marketing material from us, you must first give your email address to us in writing or on our website, or by express verbal communication.  Secondly, an email will be dispatched to verify your email address, which you must then click on to activate your subscription. Our Web site gives you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving NEWSLETTER marketing communications from us. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us you may opt-out by:
  • Clicking 'Unsubscribe' in any of our e-mail newsletter communications
  • Reply to a newsletter.
  • Send an email to [email protected] with the message "Unsubscribe".
  • Contact us on our website contact form, or call us at (888) 248-4969.

  • Ticket communications (All email communications with our support staff contain a link known only to you and your support agent to a corresponding webpage that  automatically hosts the message thread.)

  • Order Update emails.
  • Late shipping emails
  • Deliver Confirmation emails
  • Product and order review reminder.
