First of all I'd like to start off by saying that I have never purchased anything from Electronics For Less. I searched the Internet a little looking for what people thought of this on-line site. I didn't find much, and what I did find were negative comments from a few years ago. I weighed what was said with how much of it was out there, bearing in mind that that a lot of the time people complain for a lot of reasons that have nothing to do with the company or the product.
I decided to give Electronics For Less a shot. I called them and spoke to one of their representatives. He immediately price beat the lowest price I found, but added shipping costs equivalent to what the competition was charging, which was fair, and still gave me the free HDMI cable he was offering. He gave me a break on another item to offset the loss of the $100 gift card that was being offered by his site prior to the price beat, which again was more than fair. I ordered on a Thursday and received my product on the following Tuesday. Would have had it on Monday had Purolator given me proper information. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The TV has a beautiful picture. I was concerned about the Plasma Buzz everyone talks about, but could hardly hear anything with my sound bar muted standing right next to the TV. The TV is exactly what I was looking for with a picture that crushes any LED TV out there. 4K and OLED my be the wave of the future, but until they get all their bugs sorted out and their prices drop, you can't beat this TV.
I give the TV "5 Stars" even though I am not too impressed initially with the smart hub features. I wasn't really all that interested in that anyway. I give Electronics For Less "5 Stars" for their excellent customer service, for having the best price, and for the speed in which I received my product. As long as this TV holds up well over time, I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
So far, so good. Everybody is impressed by the quality of the picture, the design and all the possibilities. Compared to other flat screens, this one comes apart.
Everything went fine, except for a minor snag with my credit card, but thanks to the staff at Electronicsforless, this was fixed in a snap. Surely I will do business with them in the future. The delivery went fine, in time and good condition. Almost forgot, the TV and the deal are great.

One glitch though - Samsung makes a simple wall hanger for the TV (and says in the manual you have to use the Samsung device) - but makes it very difficult to get. One has to make a special order with Samsung at top dollar (more than twice what it sells for in the US). Then, it takes weeks to get here. Further, their policy is "no returns under any circumstances". Not at all consumer friendly.
The TV arrived very quickly and efficiently and is superb. Thanks.
This is a fine television. Its built like a fine car. I really appreciate the attention to detail that the designers had when developing this beautiful television. I have hi-end electronics and speakers in my living room, and needed a TV to match. In today's market, you are really limited by what you can purchase that technologically the best, that doesn't sell out to mass production standards Its solid, metal, glass. I purchase from this website and it shipped for free, which was a deal closer for me.
