Denon DRA-297 50W x 2 AM/FM Stereo Receiver BLACK
The Denon DRA-297 is a two-channel AM/FM stereo receiver designed for music listening and traditional home audio systems. Delivering 50 watts per channel into 8 ohms, it combines stereo amplification with radio tuning, analog audio connections and speaker switching.
Denon's Signal Level Divided Construction separates low-level and high-level signal circuits to reduce interference. Pure Direct mode bypasses tone controls and switches off the display for a more direct audio signal path.
Two sets of speaker terminals allow switching between A and B speaker pairs or operating both together. A dedicated subwoofer pre-output and stereo preamplifier outputs provide flexibility for expanding a system, while composite video switching accommodates legacy audio/video components.
The receiver also supports compatible optional XM satellite radio hardware and Denon iPod control docks. These accessories and any associated services are separate, and compatibility or service availability should be checked before use.
