Tracking Your Order : Three Ways

When you place an order with, we keep you informed every step of the way. You can see the status of your order, all you need is some of the following information: order#, your email address, your password, and/or your postal code.

1. In your order confirmation email

You will find a link that takes you to your order tracking page as depicted here.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.  Flag the email as safe in order to continue receiving updates. 

2. In your Order Dashboard


You can access the order dashboard by entering your email address and unique account password that you created when signing up as a customer.  

3. Enter you order credentials

If you did not sign up as a customer, you can simply enter the order ID, postal code and your email address to be forwarded to the order status page
