Mission 700 2-Way Standmount Speakers with 6.5-Inch Woofer BLACK

The Mission 700 brings one of Mission's most celebrated loudspeaker designs into the modern era. Inspired by the original 700, this two-way standmount speaker combines classic proportions and real wood veneer with contemporary driver, cabinet and crossover engineering.

Mission's Inverted Driver Geometry places the 1.25-inch (28 mm) soft-dome tweeter below the 6.5-inch (165 mm) mineral-loaded polypropylene bass/midrange driver. This arrangement is engineered to improve time alignment at the listening position, helping produce a coherent and precisely focused stereo image.

The bass-reflex enclosure uses a carefully profiled port for low distortion and bass extension down to 38 Hz (-6 dB). A internally braced sandwich-construction cabinet combines different woods with a damping layer to help control unwanted resonance while preserving the distinctive appearance of the Mission 700.
