Cosmetic Blemishes

• Cabinet edges: light scuffs and edge wear visible along multiple vertical edges; small nicks at select corners.
• Walnut veneer panels: minor surface scratches/handling marks visible under direct light; no cracks or lifting veneer visible in photos.
• Front grille & baffle: grille cloth appears intact with no tears; minor cosmetic marks near edges of the front baffle.
• Rear panel / terminals: light cosmetic marks around the rear panel and terminal area; binding posts appear intact.
• Top surface: light surface wear consistent with handling/storage; no deep gouges visible in the photos.

Drivers (Visual Check Only)

• Woofer, midrange horn, and tweeter appear clean with no visible dents, punctures, or cone damage.
• Cosmetic blemishes described above do not indicate any performance issues.

They said he couldn't But he did it anyway

When PaulW. Klipsch was developing a smaller speaker for use between two Klipschhorns, an acquanintance declared that he couldn't possibly introduce it to the public because it was in direct violation of the corner horn principles, and amounted to acoustic heresy.

"The hell I can't" Mr. Klipsch said."And that's exactly what I'm going to call it!"

A year later the Klipsch Heresy loudspeaker was introduced and, iroinically, it became a bestseller in the church sound reinforcement market.

Today's Heresy

In 1985, we made some changes and improvements to this model and re-released it as the Heresy II. Today, the new Heresy III has a more powerful woofer, a bi-wire network, and a titanium diaphragm tweeter with a larger magnet assembly. The midrange compression driver also features a new titanium diaphragm.
