The UltraPower PowerSource PS-802 features UltraPower’s patented Smart-Surge™ technology, and is rated at 3,240 Joules. It provides an energy-absorbing shield around the components connected to it, protecting them from dangerous and polluted power conditions and electrical interference that can adversely affect performance and potentially cause long-term damage.

Using Advanced Clean Power Filtration Circuitry™, its eight high-current extra-wide AC outlets use exclusive broad and narrow bandwidth filters to eliminate the noise and hash found in polluted AC power. Also provided is protection for coaxial cable and telephone line connections. There is an audible alarm system to notify users when hazardous conditions are present.

The PS-802 is UL and cUL listed, as well as RoHS compliant to meet worldwide environmental standards, and uses Ultralink’s new green packaging. It has a limited lifetime warranty, and is currently available from authorized Ultralink distributors, retailers and custom installers.

The PS-802 is the latest entry in the UltraPower® lineup of Home Theater AC power management, filtration and surge protection products, which include the PS1040i, PS- 1060i, and the compact, low profile PS-103 HD Wall Tap for flat panel displays.
