Mobifoto MOBIRL12 12" Bi-Colour LED Ring Light Vlogging Kit with Stand

The Mobifoto MOBIRL12 is a versatile 12-inch (30.5 cm) bi-colour LED ring light kit designed for vlogging, webcasting, livestreaming, photography, video conferencing and social media content creation. Featuring 162 LEDs, adjustable brightness and three selectable colour temperatures, it provides soft, directional illumination to help achieve consistent lighting for both photography and video.

With brightness adjustable from 10% to 100% and colour temperature settings of 3000K, 5600K and 6000K, the MOBIRL12 allows users to adapt lighting to their surroundings. Its circular lighting design helps minimize harsh facial shadows, while the low-heat LED construction makes it comfortable for close-up recording, beauty tutorials and extended video sessions.

The complete kit includes a four-section reverse-folding stand, flexible smartphone holder, adjustable ball head and ballistic fabric carrying bag. USB-powered operation and a compact folding design make the MOBIRL12 a convenient lighting solution for home studios, offices and mobile content creation.

162-LED Ring Light for Soft, Even Illumination

The MOBIRL12 features 162 LEDs arranged in a 12-inch circular configuration to provide soft, directional light around the subject. The ring-shaped design helps reduce unwanted shadows, particularly when recording faces or photographing subjects positioned directly in front of the light.

LED technology produces consistent illumination while remaining relatively cool during operation, making it suitable for close-up photography, online meetings, makeup tutorials and video recording.

Three Selectable Colour Temperatures

Three manually selectable colour temperature settings allow the lighting to be adjusted to suit different environments and creative requirements.

• 3000K Warm White: Produces warm illumination suitable for softer, more relaxed lighting.
• 5600K Daylight: Provides daylight-balanced illumination suitable for photography, video recording and general content creation.
• 6000K Cool White: Provides a cooler white light for brighter-looking presentations and workspaces.

Adjustable Brightness from 10% to 100%

The MOBIRL12 includes variable brightness control, allowing the light output to be adjusted from 10% to 100%.

Lower brightness settings are useful for close-up recording and softer lighting, while higher settings provide additional illumination in darker environments or when the light is positioned farther from the subject.

Colour Rendering Index Greater Than 80

With a Colour Rendering Index (CRI) greater than 80, the MOBIRL12 is designed to provide balanced colour reproduction for everyday photography and video applications.

This helps maintain natural-looking skin tones and subject colours during compatible shooting conditions.

Flexible Smartphone Holder

The included smartphone mount features a flexible support arm that allows a compatible smartphone to be positioned within the centre of the ring light.

Both horizontal and vertical orientations are supported, making the kit suitable for traditional widescreen videos, vertical social media content, livestreaming and video calls.

Positioning the smartphone centrally within the ring light helps provide balanced illumination around the camera's viewing direction.

Adjustable Ball Head for Directional Lighting

An included ball head provides flexible positioning of the ring light, allowing users to adjust the lighting angle to suit different subjects and recording environments.

This makes it easy to direct illumination toward a seated presenter, desktop product arrangement or other subject without repositioning the entire stand.

Four-Section Reverse-Folding Stand

The MOBIRL12 includes a lightweight four-section stand with a reverse-folding design for convenient transport and storage.

The stand extends to a maximum height of approximately 1.7 m (67 inches), making it suitable for seated or standing presentations. When folded, it measures approximately 48 cm (19 inches) for easier storage.

Constructed from aluminium and plastic, the stand weighs approximately 0.23 kg (0.5 lb), providing portability for travelling content creators and mobile photography setups.

USB-Powered Convenience

The ring light operates using USB power, allowing it to be connected to an appropriate USB power source.

This eliminates the need for a specialized lighting power supply and offers flexibility for home offices, portable recording setups and other locations where compatible USB power is available.

Portable Ballistic Fabric Carrying Bag

The supplied ballistic fabric carrying bag is designed to accommodate the ring light and included accessories.

Integrated shoulder and hand-carry straps provide convenient transportation between locations, making the kit suitable for content creators who regularly move between home, office and on-location filming environments.

Designed for Vlogging, Webcasting and Photography

The MOBIRL12 provides a practical lighting solution for a variety of creative and communication applications. Its combination of adjustable brightness, selectable colour temperatures and flexible mounting helps users adapt the lighting to different shooting requirements.

Typical applications include video blogging, livestreaming, online meetings, beauty tutorials, product demonstrations, portrait photography and social media video production.
