MantelMount SBXL Above TV Sound Bar Adapter

The MantelMount SBXL Sound Bar Adapter is designed for installations where a soundbar or center channel speaker needs to be mounted above the television. It uses two slim universal brackets that attach to the TV's upper VESA mounting points and provide flexible positioning for a wide range of soundbar and speaker designs.

The SBXL can also be used below a television, but its main advantage is above-TV placement, making it a useful option when the standard soundbar bracket supplied with some MantelMount systems does not provide enough width, height or mounting flexibility.

Installation Notes

• When mounting below the TV, the SBXL mounting holes should be at least 2.5 Inches from the bottom of the soundbar to avoid interference with the MantelMount pull-down handle
• For MM700 and MM750 installations, the SBXL is particularly useful when soundbar mounting holes are more than 29 Inches apart or the soundbar is more than 5 Inches tall
• A second person may be required to assist with installation
