The Klipsch Forte IV is a high-efficiency three-way Heritage Series loudspeaker combining a 12" woofer with horn-loaded midrange and high-frequency compression drivers. Originally introduced in 1985, the Forte established itself as one of Klipsch's most popular models, delivering outstanding performance from a relatively compact floorstanding enclosure.

The Forte IV features an updated K-702 midrange compression driver with a polyimide diaphragm coupled to a modified K-703-M Tractrix horn incorporating Klipsch Mumps technology. A K-100-TI titanium diaphragm compression driver handles high frequencies, while a K-281 12" fiber-composite woofer works with a rear-mounted KD-15 15" passive radiator for extended low-frequency performance.
