Epson LS12000 4K PRO-UHD Laser Projector

The Epson LS12000 is a premium 4K PRO-UHD home theater laser projector designed for high-performance movie, television and gaming systems. Its 3-chip 3LCD image engine delivers excellent colour accuracy and colour brightness without the rainbow effect associated with single-chip projection systems.

Epson's 4K PRO-UHD quad-phase dual-axis pixel-shifting technology produces a 3840 x 2160 UHD image, while the advanced Epson ZX Picture Processor enhances colour, contrast and resolution. A precision 15-element Epson VRX glass lens helps maintain sharp, detailed images across screen sizes ranging from 50 to 300 inches.

The laser array light source produces up to 2,700 lumens and provides instant on/off operation with a rated life of up to 20,000 hours. Epson UltraBlack Technology suppresses stray light within the optical system to improve black density and overall image contrast, with Dynamic Contrast rated up to 2,500,000:1.

HDR support includes HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG formats for compatible movies and streaming content. The projector also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and accepts 4K/120Hz video signals, making it well suited to modern gaming systems as well as high-performance home cinema.

A powered 2.1x zoom lens combines with extensive powered lens shift for flexible installation. Vertical lens shift provides ±96% adjustment while horizontal lens shift provides ±47%, allowing the projector to accommodate a wide range of screen positions without relying heavily on digital image correction.

Dual HDMI 2.1 inputs support 4K/120Hz video, with HDMI input 2 providing ARC/eARC support. Additional connectivity includes USB, Ethernet, RS-232C and a 12V trigger for integration with compatible motorized projection screens and home automation systems.
