The Audio-Technica AT33xMONO/II is a premium moving coil phono cartridge designed specifically for monaural vinyl playback. Its True Mono dual moving coil design responds only to horizontal groove movement, delivering exceptionally clear mono reproduction while reducing unwanted surface noise.
Part of the latest AT33x Series, the cartridge features a redesigned body using die-cast zinc, aluminum and high-rigidity polymer to minimize resonance and improve midrange warmth and low-frequency expression. Handcrafted in Japan, it is engineered for discerning vinyl enthusiasts seeking authentic mono performance.
A nude 0.65 mil conical stylus, PCOCC coils and a rigid duralumin cantilever combine to provide smooth signal transmission, excellent tracking and natural, full-bodied analog sound.
